Ingredients

  1. 1/2 dashSalt
  2. 1/2 cloveMinced Garlic
  3. 1/2 tspginger
  4. 1/2 mediumscallions
  5. 4 mediumradishes
  6. 1/2 dashpepper
  7. 1/2 mediumcarrots
  8. 1 1/2 tbsprice wine vinegar
  9. 1/2 tbspsesame oil
  10. 1 cantuna
  11. 1 tbspfresh cilantro
  12. 1/2 cupshredded lettuce
  13. 1/2chile Pepper
  14. 1Red Grapes
  15. largeonion
  16. 1/2 tbspvegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Drain tuna. Cut radishes into wedges. Shred carrot.

  2. 2

    Smash then mince garlic clove. Mince ginger.

  3. 3

    Seed and mince chile, can also sub some chili pepper flakes. Chop onion and cilantro.

  4. 4

    Place the drained tuna, radishes, shredded carrot, garlic, ginger, chile, vegetable oil, dark sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a large bowl.

  5. 5

    Gently toss to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  6. 6

    When ready to serve, stir in the chopped cilantro and green onion. Serve with lettuce.
