Could never make a great banana bread. This always turns out moist with plenty of banana flavor. Family loves it!

Could never make a great banana bread. This always turns out moist with plenty of banana flavor. Family loves it!

Mash bananas

Put cake mix, oil and eggs in bowl and mix well. Add bananas and mix

Spray bread pan. Add mixture. Bake @ 350°F for 45-1 hour.

Can add chocolate chips or nuts. Or make as muffins.

Bananas not quite ripe? Place on baking sheet and bake @ 200°F for about 15-20 minutes or so.
