Ingredients

  • 2Cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cupAlmond/ chickpea/ quinoa flour
  • 2Flax eggs
  • 1/2 cupShredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbspNutritional yeast
  • 1 tspBaking powder
  • 1 tspFreshly minced garlic
  • 1/2 tspDried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tspCrushed red pepper
  • 1 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients into a large bowl

  3. 3

    Coat a foil lined cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray

  4. 4

    Spread the dough about 1/2 inch thick into a circle

  5. 5

    Bake for 30 minutes until center is firm and edges slightly browned

  6. 6

    Add topping of choice and bake for another 5-7 minutes
