Ingredients

  • 2 cupShort grain brown rice cooled to room temp
  • 2Shredded carrots
  • 1Cucumber, julienne sliced
  • 2Avocados
  • 1Toasted seaweed
  • 1Black sesame seeds
  • 3 cloveGarlic
  • 2Inch knob of fresh peeled ginger
  • 1/2 cupOlive oil
  • 1/3 cupRice vinegar
  • 1/4 cupBraggs amino acids
  • 2 tbspHoney
  • 1/4 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Place garlic, ginger, olive oil, rice vinegar, amino acids, honey and water in a blender and blend

  2. 2

    Place brown rice in bottom of the bowl

  3. 3

    Top with cucumbers, carrots, avocados, and seaweed

  4. 4

    Drizzle dressing on top and garnish with sesame seeds
