Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 poundschicken nuggets or tenders
  2. 1 1/2 cupsflour
  3. 1 cupmilk
  4. 1/4 cupbaking powder
  5. 1/4 cupground bread crumbs
  6. 1 tablespooneach garlic powder, ground ginger, and ground coriander seed
  7. Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Place chicken in bowl. Add milk. Let soak, turning occasionally, for 30 minutes.

    Combine spices, baking powder, and bread crumbs in separate bowl.

    Add flour and mix thoroughly.

  4. 4

    After chicken has finished soaking, roll in mixture. Pour some oil in baking pan. Place each chicken piece in oil, turn over to coat.

    Continue with each piece until all are breaded and in pan.

    Save flour mixture for gravy if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour, then at 400 for 15 minutes to brown.

    Serves well with mashed potatoes and gravy.
