Dinner is always snappy because of coming back late.
Steps

Peel and cut the plantain,rinse and pour in a pot.

Slice one of the any pour in,blend the crayfish with fresh pepper and add.

Add all other ingredients:red oil,salt,maggi and water.the water will be same level where the plantain reached.

Boil for 10minutes,use spartula and turn very well cover and continue boiling.

Wash and slice the scent leaf.pour it in after the plantain porriage has boiled for 5minutes.stir very well and is ready.

Slice the last one in big ring and serve with it.
