Cut your pineapple into half and remove the flesh. If possible, refrigerate it for a few minutes

Cut your mangoes and pineapples into chunks

To avoid the bitter onion taste, soak it in salty water or vinegar. Cut it into rings and dice your onions. Add finely chopped pepper for a sweet and sour taste(optional)

Mix everything inside the pineapple shell. Add in your lime juice and honey. Adjust to taste accordingly.

Garnish with mint leaves and serve...
