Put all ingredients minus the bread crumbs in a food processor and blend until combined.

Preheat oven 350

Use a spoon to make small nuggets and coat with bread crumbs and place on a baking sheet with olive oil.

Drizzle olive oil and salt on top of the nuggets and bake for 8 minutes. Flip and bake for another 8 minutes.
