Melt butter in pan.

Add rice and salt, stir.

Heat on medium for 2-4 minutes, until rice smells toasted.

Add water and heat to a boil.

Cover, reduce heat to low and cook for 15 minutes.

Without removing lid, remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.

Fluff with fork and serve.
