Ingredients: 3-4 hot sausages; 1 onion cut in strips; 4-5 garlic cloves sliced; 2 bell peppers red and green cut in to strips; 5-6 leafs sage; 1/2 tsp oregano; 1 cup water; 3-4 tbs olive oil; 10-12 Kalamata olives pitted and sliced; Salt and ground pepper to liking; 1 cup crushed tomatoes

Ingredients

3-4hot sausages
1onion cut in strips
4-5garlic cloves sliced
2bell peppers red and green cut in to strips
5-6leafs sage
1/2 tsporegano
1 cupwater
3-4 tbsolive oil
10-12Kalamata olives pitted and sliced
Salt and ground pepper to liking
1 cupcrushed tomatoes

Steps

1

First add the oil in to a pan and fry sausages at medium heat when almost done add the sage and fry till sage wilts

Now remove the sausages and add all the rest of the veggies fry till they are very tender

Now add the crashed tomatoes,water salt pepper oregano and sausages and bring to a boil
4

Now put heat to low closer to medium and cook for about 45 min adding water if needed
5

After 45 min slow water to in pan to evaporate till sauce is thick
6
