1 cuptomato paste
1onion
1red bell pepper
1 cantuna fish in water
condiment
1 tspsalt
1 tsppaprika
1 tbsporegano

Sauté the onion and the pepper

Add the condiments

Add the tomato paste and stir a minute.

Add the tunna fish can with the water and leave cooking for 6 minutes.

Serve on top of your favorite pasta.
