In electric mixer bowl , beat on high speed eggs and 1 cup sugar until fluffy

In a separate bowl whisk together sour cream and cream de luche ( condensed milk )

After whisking get your soda and pour a little vinegar over the top to dissolve soda ,then whisk in to the mixture

Add that to the bowl with eggs and sugar, beat on high speed

Add flour and baking powder to the mixture, beat on low speed until flour lumps are gone

Spray 2 9*13 pans or use oil ..split batter evenly in 2 pans

Bake at 350 for 18 min

Make your cream...mix 2 sticks off butter until smooth

Add cream cheese beat well

Add condensed milk mix well

Add cool whip.( make sure its at room temp. thawed )

Wet each layers with a brush use a generous amount so your cake will be moisty

Add cream around the sides and whole cake

Decorate and put in fridge ...Enjoy:)
