Ingredients

45 mins
  1. 1/4 lbUnsalted sweet cream butter ( one stick)
  2. 1 tspAlmond extract
  3. 2 1/4 cupFlour
  4. 1/4 cupCrushed pecan pieces
  5. 1/2 cupButter flavor Crisco shortening
  6. 1/2 cupSugar

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven on 350°F

  2. 2

    Cream butter and shortening until smooth .

  3. 3

    Add sugar and almond extract and mix well

  4. 4

    Add flour and pecan pieces and blend well until thoroughly mixed.

  5. 5

    Form 1in balls and place on cookie sheet. Flatten the balls of dough pressing index and middle down on the dough.

  6. 6

    Bake at 350°F for 20 min until bottom edges start to brown. Enjoy!!
