Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1For the 1 package frozen spinach, chopped
  2. 3/4 cupreduced fat, shredded cheese - cheddar, sharp, or Jack
  3. 3/4 cupegg substitute
  4. 1/4 cupfinely diced pepper
  5. 1/4 cupfinely diced onion
  6. 3drops red pepper sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    Place spinach in microwave container and cook in microwave on high power for 2.5 minutes. Drain excess liquid.

  3. 3

    In a large bowl, combine spinach, cheese, egg substitute, pepper, onion, & pepper sauce. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

  5. 5

    Pour into 8x8 inch glass baking dish.
