Steps

Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan, add chopped onions & saute on a medium flame for 1 minute.

Add all the vegetables & mix well.

Cover & cook on a low flame till the vegetables are cooked, while stirring occasionally.

Add 1 tsp of each ginger, garlic, chilli paste, salt, amchur powder, garam masala powder & mix well.

Mash the mixture using a potato masher.

Remove from the flame transfer the mixture to a plate & allow it to cool.

Add thick poha into a mixture & mix well.

Furthermore using a heart shape or round mould give a shape to cutlet.

Dip each cutlet in the prepared batter & roll in the breadcrumbs.

Heat the oil in a kadhai & deep fry each cutlet till it turns golden brown from both the sides.
