Cut the long variety green brinjal vertically into two. Cut further into 1.5 inch pieces.

Heat oil. Splutter the mustard. Add hing and curry leaves.

Now add the brinjals. Stir fry on high flame for 3 to 4 mins.

Mix in turmeric powder, sambar powder and salt.
- 5
Close and cook for 5 mins. Check if it is cooked otherwise close and cook for another few mins.

Offer Green Brinjal Stir Fry along with Rice/Sambar/Rasam to Lord Sri Krishna. Honor Krishna Prasadam.
