Ingredients

  • Cake
  • 1 packagesyellow cake mix
  • 1 packagespistachio instant pudding mix
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 1/2 tspAlmond extract
  • 1 1/4 cupginger ale
  • 4eggs
  • Icing
  • 1 packagesdream whip powder
  • 1 packagespistachio instant pudding mix
  • 1 cupmilk

Steps

    Pistachio cake:

    Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl.

  3. 3

    Beat eggs in mixer.

  4. 4

    Add remaining liquids.

  5. 5

    Add dry ingredients.

  6. 6

    Pour into greased tube pan.

  7. 7

    Bake at 350° for 55 minutes.

  8. 8

    Icing:

    Combine dry ingredients.

  10. 10

    Gradually add 1 Cup milk and beat well.

  11. 11

    Add 1/2 Cup more if needed to thin.
