Ingredients

  1. Cake
  2. 2 cupblueberries
  3. 1/2 cupbutter
  4. 1 cupsugar
  5. 3eggs separated - beat in egg yolks.
  6. 1/4 cupmilk
  7. 2 cupflour
  8. 1/2 tspnutmeg
  9. 1 tspbaking powder
  10. Sauce
  11. 1/4 cupbutter
  12. 1 1/4 cupBrown sugar
  13. 1 pinchsalt
  14. 1 tbspcornstarch (rounded)
  15. 1 cupboiling water

Cooking Instructions

    Combine dry ingredients and eggs yolks.

    Mix well.

  3. 3

    Fold in eggs whites and blueberries.

  4. 4

    Pour into 9x13 pan.

    Bake at 350° until done.

    Sauce:

    Add ingredients to boiling water.

  8. 8

    Pour sauce over cake before serving.
