Ingredients

  1. For paneer marination:
  2. 500 gmPaneer
  3. 2 tbspOil
  4. 1 tspChilli flakes
  5. 1 tspMixed herbs
  6. 1 tspBlack peppers
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. Other:
  9. 2Chopped potatoes
  10. 2Chopped onion
  11. 3Tomatoes (cut into half)
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. Spinach leaves chopped 1 cup
  14. 1 tspOil
  15. 2 cupboiled vegtablas (carrot,peas,capsicum etc)
  16. 1 tspBlack peppers
  17. 1 cupCabbage leave
  18. For rice:
  19. 2 tbspButter
  20. 1 cupBoiled rice
  21. to tasteSalt
  22. 1 tspPeppers
  23. 1 cupParsley
  24. For butter garlic sauce:
  25. 1/2 cupWater
  26. to tasteSalt
  27. 1 tspPeppers
  28. 1 tspCornflour
  29. 2 tbspButter
  30. 1 tspGarlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Preparing Vegetables -
    Saute boiled vegetables in a pan with little amount of oil and salt and keep aside.
    Saute onions, tomatoes, spinach, potatoes (each separately) on a grilling plate with little oil and salt. Add a little garlic while cooking spinach. Keep aside.

    For paneer -
    Marinate cut paneer pieces with all the ingredients mentioned above and cook for 5 minutes on a grilling plate. Keep it aside.

    For rice -
    Add butter in a pan and add boiled rice. Sprinkle salt, pepper and parsley. Mix it well and keep it aside.

    For butter garlic sauce -
    Add butter in a pan and add garlic clove to it and a little water. To make it thick add cornflour and keep it aside

    Assembling-
    Now heat the sizzler plate for 15 minutes and place cabbage leaves on it. Assemble all the vegetables and rice on the plate. Garnish with butter garlic sauce and serve hot.
