  • 1/2 cupvegetable shortening
  • 3/4 cupmilk
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tspvanilla

    mix dry ingredients add shortening milk and vanilla beat 2 minutes add eggs beat 2 minutes. pour into grease 8 inch pan. bake at 350 for 25 to 30minutes
