Ingredients

  • 2 cupssuji
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1 tspeno fruit salt
  • to taste salt
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1chop onion
  • 2green chilli chop
  • as neededshallow fry oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add sujisalt,sugar and dahi mix add water and cover soak in overnight.

  2. 2

    Second day morning mix and add chop onion,chilli and eno mix.

  3. 3

    Take a nonstick pan add oil put 2 laddle batter pour in pan and flat them.

    Crispy for both sides serve with sauce.
