Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 4 small cube sizeSuran - (peel and boiled)
  2. to tasteBlack salt
  3. 1 teaspoonGinger (grated or paste)
  4. 1/2 teaspoonGarlic (finally chopped or paste)
  5. 2 table spoonCoriander leaves (finally chopped)
  6. to tasteLemon juice
  7. 2 pinchHing
  8. 2 table spoonMustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash boiled suran in proper way just like we make green chutney.

  2. 2

    Add hing, ginger, garlic, green chillies, Coriander leaves, lemon juice, black salt. Mix well

  3. 3

    Add kacchi dhani mustard oil. Again mix it properly.

  4. 4

    Leave it around 15 min.

  5. 5

    Enjoy this chutney with poori, paratha and ofcourse it goes with daal and rice too.

  6. 6

    You may avoid garlic if u do'nt like garlic flavour and for chatpta taste use lemon juice and chillies according to your taste bud.
