Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsmedium sized prawn deveined
  2. to tasteSalt and pepper
  3. 2 tbsplemon juice
  4. 1/2 cuporange marmalade
  5. 1 tbspfinely chopped garlic
  6. 15French beans blanched
  7. 3-4green chilli finely chopped
  8. 15satay sticks soaked in water
  9. 1 tsplight soya sauce
  10. 1tbsp.butter
  11. 2 tbspsesame oil
  12. 2 tbspfinely chopped spring onion green for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate deveined washed prawns in 1 5 so lemon juice salt and pepper and keep it aside

    Blanch French bean in hot boiling water with salt and refresh in cold water

    Now cover prawn in blanched beans on satay stick as shown in pic

    For sauce heat a pan and add 1 tbsp sesame oil to it.To this add chopped garlic and green chilli.Then add Orange marmalade and some water to dilute marmalade. Then add soya sauce and lemon juice.Add seasoning to balance flavour

    Now in anorher pan add remaining seasame oil and butter and grill prawn and bean on stick 2 mins on each side

    Now coat grill prawns in prepared sauce

    Garnish with spring onion green and serve
