It is a popular cuisine of Bengal prepared with chana daal and Cashew nuts and raisins and serve with Puri.

At first pressure cook the chana daal adding salt and turmeric powder

Now add oil in a pan and add the whole jeera bay leaf and red chilli powder along with the whole garam masalas

Add jeera dhaniya chilli powder and mix well

Now add ginger paste salt and turmeric powder and mix
- 5
Now mix the boiled daal,sugar and Cashew nuts and raisins with it
- 6
Mishti daal is ready to be served with luchi
