Ingredients

  • 1/3 cupFlour
  • 1/2as needed Cinnamon Swirl or Vanilla Whey Protein (1/2 scoop)
  • 1/2 tspBaking Powder
  • 3 tsp1-3 tsps of JELLO sugar free cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix
  • 1Stevia or sweetener
  • 2 small2 egg whites (beaten separately with dry spoon in dry bowl)
  • 2 tbspPlain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cupMilk (as needed)
  • topping
  • 1as needed Greek Yogurt, cottage cheese, milk, sugar free butter scotch jello, sugar free syrup
  • 1as needed Butter or Almond Extract drops a few
  • 1Strawberries and Bananas / whatever fruit

Steps

  1. 1

    -Mix dry ingredients, wet, and beat egg whites in separate bowls
    -mix all together, gently fold egg whites in
    -add more milk if needed
    -should be thick (milkshake or thicker)
    -heat a small skillet pan on med/low and grease
    -pour in batter and cover with a lid
    -cook for 2-4 min until bubbles can be seen
    -flip and cook for 1-3 minutes
