2 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspSalt
2 tbspSugar
1Egg
1 cupMilk

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat egg. Add milk & butter. Pour over dry ingredients & mix. Batter will be lumpy.

Meanwhile , slowly heat griddle. Test temp. Drop a few drops H2O on griddle, it should roll off in droplets when ready.

1/4 cup batter for ea. griddle cake. Cook till bubble form on surface & edges become dry (apx.2min.per side or till browned.
