preheat oven to 350

cook pasta to package direction (usually 10 minutes at boil stirring occasionally)

brown hamburger meat with garlic, Italian seasoning, and fennel (add spices to taste)

in a bowl mix pasta sauce, ricotta, and mozzarella

drain pasta and add to sauce mixture

drain grease from hamburger then gently add to pasta and sauce

pour and level in a 9x13 glass baking dish

layer Munster and Colby jack on top, then cover entire dish in sharp cheddar

bake 30 minutes
