Bacon wrapped chicken livers
Can be used as a meal or great appetizer.
Steps

Wash and pat dry livers, cut into bite sized pieces and marinate in dressing 8 hrs.

After marinating wrap each liver with half slice of bacon securing with toothpick.

Heat oil in deep fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit place livers in basket and fry for 5 minutes until bacon is crisp.(these can also be broiled in oven if frying is not your thing.)

Drain on paper towels.

Serve with warm honey as a dipping sauce.(optional)
