Ingredients

  1. Ravioli dough:
  2. 2 cupsflour
  3. 2eggs beaten
  4. 2 tbspolive oil
  5. 1/2 tbspsalt
  6. egg for egg wash
  7. Filling:
  8. 2small lobster tails, pre-cooked and chopped in small chunks
  9. 70 gmedium shrimp, pre-cooked and chopped into small chunks
  10. 2garlic cloves, diced
  11. 1large shallot, finely chopped
  12. 1 tsplemon juice
  13. 1 tbspmascarpone cheese
  14. 2 tspchopped parsley

Steps

    Make dough using dough ingredients aslo add water as required, knead well, wrap it with moist cloth, let it rest for 30 minutes.

    Pre-cook both lobster and shrimp, then cut into small chunks.

  3. 3

    Add olive oil to saute pan, then add garlic and shallot, cook for a couple of minutes, then add in seafood and parsley, toss til coated, then let it cool down.Add cheese in the mixture.

    Roll out your dough and cut into 3 inch circles, brush top with egg wash and place a teaspoon of filling on top.

  5. 5

    Cover with another sheet. Seal the egdes using a fork. Make sure it should be air free.

  6. 6

    Take water in a kadhai, add oil and salt, let it boil.

  7. 7

    Put ravioli slowly in the boiling water, cook it for 7-10 minutes.

  8. 8

    Take it out and serve hot with lemon curry sauce.
