Roasted Coconut & Sabudana Ladoos

Heat nonstick pan add sabudana and dry roast for 20 mins on a gentle medium flame, keep stirring it and keep aside once it is done and allow to cool and grind into a powder.

In a same pan lightly roast the dessicated coconut, remove and cool.

Heat ghee in same pan add crushed cashewnut and lightly fry add sabudana powder, coconut, powdered sugar, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and mix all ingredients nicely and gently. Allow to cool.

Shape them into ladoos and garnish with pista slivers and serve.
