Ingredients

  • 20 gramgarlic
  • 40 gramButter
  • 1 tea spoonsoya sause
  • 3-4 tea spoonvinegar
  • 2-3 tea spoontomato sause
  • 2 pinchajinamoto
  • 150 gramboiled noodle
  • 2onion medium size
  • 1capsicum medium size
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tea spoonCrushed black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Add butter in kadhai and melt it propperly

  2. 2

    Add sliced cut onions and capsicum saute it

  3. 3

    Add boiled noodle and mix with veggies

  4. 4

    Add soya sause, tomato sause, vinegar and ajinamoto

  5. 5

    Add salt and papper

  6. 6

    Mix it well and garlic noodle is ready to serve.
