  1. 500 gmsLady Fish medium size
  2. 1 tbspTurmeric powder
  3. 2 tbspsred chilli powder
  4. 1 tbspLemon juice
  5. to tasteSat
  6. Oil for deep frying

Steps

    Wash the fish and pat dry with kitchen towel.

  2. 2

    Add turmeric powder, lemon juice, chilli powder and season with salt.

  3. 3

    Keep it aside for 15-20 mins.

  4. 4

    Heat oil for deep frying. When the oil is hot, drop the fishes and fry on medium heat till till golden and crisp.
