1 mango, 1 banana, 1/2 c yogurt, 1 c orange juice, 6 ice cubes

1 c yogurt, I banana (frozen) , 1/4 c milk, unsweetened cocoa powder

1 c vanilla or chocolate ice cream, 1/4 c skim milk, 2 T peanut butter
