1Firm Tofu
1/2 cupWater
4 tbspPeanut butter
2 tbspBraggs
2 tspOnion powder
1 tspGarlic powder
1BBQ sauce bottle

Slice (frozen then thawed) tofu and place on cookie sheet

Mix ingredients except BBQ sauce in pan on medium heat.

Pour mixed ingredients over tofu
4

Cook on 350 for approx 20 min

Add BBQ sauce (light to medium layer)

Cook on 350 another 10 min
