1/2 cupolive oil
1zest of 1 lime
2 clovegarlic
1 tspcumin
2 tbspsalt, dissolved in 2 ounces water
2 tsphoney

Mince garlic.

Heat 2 TBSP salt in 2 ounces water until dissolved.

Add honey to hot salt water.

Zest lime, then squeeze 1/4 cup lime juice into measuring cup.

Add olive oil, lime zest, garlic, cumin, & honey salt water to measuring cup.

Pour into zip top bag with meat and squeeze out air.

Refrigerate for 1 hour no more.
