Combine soups and water. Add rices. Mix well and pour into baking dish. Place meat on top (can have 6-8 pieces of meat).

When you use chicken you can use cream of chicken soup instead of, or with, the cream of mushroom soup. I use them both.

Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
