Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3/4 cuplong grain rice
  • 6 ozbox long grain & wild rice (Uncle Ben's)
  • 1 cancream of celery soup
  • 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  • 2 canwater
  • 6 eachpork chops or chicken breasts

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine soups and water. Add rices. Mix well and pour into baking dish. Place meat on top (can have 6-8 pieces of meat).

  2. 2

    When you use chicken you can use cream of chicken soup instead of, or with, the cream of mushroom soup. I use them both.

  3. 3

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
