Steps

To knead the dough. Add flour, sugar, salt, margarine, milk, egg and yeast

Add water in bits and start kneading to combine the dough. Knead the dough untill its well combined and soft. Have it rest for about 10 minutes. You will notice it will in size

Prepare your cinnamon fill by adding cinnamon melted butter and sugar.

Roll out your dough like that of chapati. Apply the cinnamon filling.

Cut it in strips and fold.

Prepare baking tin by applying blueband to it. Add the rolls cover to rest for about 10 to 20 minutes.

Bake the rolls for about 25 min at 160 C. Be sure they are well browned before removing them. If not you can add sometime.

Once ready you can glaze or decorate as you like. I choose to use simple icing sugar dust.

Enjoy with a glass of cold smoothie.
