Heat ghee in a kadhai and add vermicelli. Roast till golden brown. Allow to cool little. Take a small bowl and put them in it by making a depression in the middle so that it acquire the shape of nest. Make two nests like that.

Put them in Freezer for 1hour to set. Take them out with care with the help of knife.

For Eggs - heat ghee in a kadhai and add Khoya. Saute for 5min. Add milk powder and coconut grated. Add sugar and cashew. Mix well. Stir for 3min

Allow the mixture to cool slightly. Make small balls and put them in the Nests.
