Ingredients

  • 8Hot peppers of your Choice. (Serano, Jalapeño & mini Sweet Red
  • 10Peeled Fresh Garlic Cloves
  • 3 tbspsugar
  • 1/4 cupWhite Vinegar
  • 3/4 tspSea Salt
  • 1/4 cuphot water (if needed)

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine the Chiles, Garlic, Sugar, Salt & Vinegar in a small pot. Cover & Heat Gently as if to Steep. Very Low Heat for about 45 mins to an Hour.

  2. 2

    After heating, add the Chile Mixture to a blender, Blend to desired consistency.

  3. 3

    Add the water if needed.
