Ingredients

  • 250 grPaneer
  • 1 cupCurd
  • 1 tspCiba haldi
  • 1 tspCiba chat masala
  • 2-3 tspMustard oil
  • 1 tspRed chilli pow
  • Salt per taste
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • pinchTandoori colour
  • 2 tspOil
  • Capsicum any colour
  • Onion

Steps

  1. 1

    First prepare marination take a bowl add curd and all masalas with mustard oil

    Cut the capsicum and onions and in put marination and add paneer cubes mix it lightly and optional u can add tandoori colour

    Then in pan or nonstick put oil and roast the veggie along paneer
