Steps

Take sugar, butter, jam and egg in a bowl and mis them till soft, smooth and creamy.

In a cup, take milk and add vinegar and vanilla essence to it and mix it.

In another bowl, take(gallela) flour and baking soda and add a pinch of salt in it.

Add step 3 misture to step 1 mixture and step 2 mixture and mix well.

Grease a glass bowl with butter and Pour step 4 mixture in the bowl and cover it with foil.

Preheat the oven and bake in the oven for 45 min.

In a steel bowl on gas, take 3/4 cup of water and add some butter, sugar and cream to it and stir well on thin flame till the sugar melts.

Pour on the baked pudding and serve.
