
Pasta with bacon and leek in a easy cheesy sauce.

Put the Pasta on to boil in a saucepan.

Cut up the Bacon into small pieces and fry in a little oil till crisp. Then put to one side.

Slice the leeks about 1/2 cm thick and then fry in the fat from the bacon
- 4
When the pasta is cooked, drain and return to the saucepan,

Add the crispy bacon and fryed leeks to the pasta and stir in the cream cheese.

Tip the cheesy pasta bacon and leek mix into an ovon proof dish and sprinkle the top with the grated cheese, cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 C
