  • 3 tbspolive oil
  • 1 pinchsea salt
  • 2Garlic cloves (chopped finely)
  • 500 gramsbutton mushrooms (sliced)

  1. 1

    Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan on a medium heat.

  2. 2

    Add the garlic. After 2 minutes or once garlic has slightly browned in colour add the mushrooms to the pan and season with salt. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring every so often.
