Ingredients

  1. 4 lbboneless leg of lamb
  2. 1/2 cuplamb rub see my recipe for lamb rub
  3. 1/4 cuprosemary oil see my recipe for rosemary oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Get your smoker hot get the water bowl filled

    Rub rosemary oil all over leg

    Add lamb rub

    Set lamb into the center of the grill surface of smoker

    Keep adding wood as needed

    I got the leg to 160°F Fahrenheit in the center so juicy and tender

  7. 7

    Remove from grill I let sit 15 minutes removed the netting the crust came off leaving a moist leg of lamb

  8. 8
