Ingredients

  1. 6 cupliquids from smoking a leg of lamb
  2. 1 tbspground black pepper
  3. 1 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 cupmargarine
  6. 1/4 cupwater
  7. 1/4 cupcornstarch

Steps

  1. 1

    take the drippings of the lamb heat in a pot add margarine and spices

  2. 2

    boil 7 minutes mix cornstarch and quarter cup of water pour into drippings to thicken
