Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 cupPotato (boiled and chopped)
  2. 1/4 cupGreen peas (boiled)
  3. 60 gmGobhi (small pieces)
  4. 1 cupOil
  5. 1 teaspoonCumin seeds
  6. 1 teaspoonGinger garlic paste
  7. 1 medium sized onion (finely chopped)
  8. 1 medium sized tomato (finely chopped)
  9. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoonCoriander powder
  12. 1/2 teaspoonCumin powder
  13. Grammasala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  14. 1/2 teaspoonKitchen king
  15. 1/4 cupCoriander leaves (finely chopped)
  16. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil then add gobhi fry for 5min on low flame.

  2. 2

    Then put it in plate then in the same pan add oil then add cumin seeds saute.

  3. 3

    Add onion fry for 1min then add ginger garlic paste fry for 1min then add tomato and salt fry till it soft.

  4. 4

    Add all the dry spices except gram masala powder fry for 2min on low flame.

  5. 5

    Add boiled potato, peas, and gobhi fry for 2min.

  6. 6

    Add 1cup water then add gram masala powder and sprinkle coriander leaves cook for 5min.

  7. 7

    Turn off the flame, sabji is ready to serve.
