Uske sare seeds aur resha Nikal lege.

Ab ek pan lege usme hm ghee dalege Jab ghee garamho jaye TB usme Rai dal dege.

Jab Rai chatakane Lage TB usme peel Kiya hua orange dal dege.aur 2 minutes tak cover karke pakka lege.

Fir usme sugar add karege.aur 3-4 minutes tak cover karke pakka lege.

Fir cover hata lege,aur 1-2 minutes tak open hi bhunege.

Fir ise kisi bowl me Nikal lege.
