Ingredients

  • 8 ozElbow Macaroni (cooked & drained)
  • 4 cupShredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 canEvaporated Milk
  • 1 1/2 cupWhole Milk
  • 2Eggs
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspBlack Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Place macaroni in casserole sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. 2

    Add remaining ingredients, all except one cup of cheese.

  3. 3

    Mix all the ingredients well.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle top with the remaining cheese.

  5. 5

    Bake on 400° for 45 to 1 hour. Until Golden Brown
