preheat oven 450°F in a pot add water and wine add dried cherries boil 10 minutes add chocolate, salt, sugar ,butter cook for 15 minutes add half cornstarch solution let cook for 3 minutes add other half of solution cook 7 minutes let sit

mix apple juice and cornstarch together to make cornstarch solution

after 5 minutes add mixture to disco fold over crimp with a fork

add 3 holes to folded disco so steam can escape sprinkle with Demerara sugar I sprayed non stick to top so sugar would stick also sprayed plate so disco wouldn't stick
