Preheat oven to 425°.

Mix dry ingredients in gallon ziploc, paper, or plastic bag.

Rinse chicken and shake dry, then place all pieces in bag and shake.

Place floured chicken in 13×9 glass baking dish.

Spray or brush chicken with oil to cost slightly.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for approx. 18 min.
- 7
Uncover when internal temperature reaches160 °and bake another 10 min. or till skin is crispy brown.
